The Chinese Navy and Airforce are improving by leaps and bounds and soon will eclipse every Asian navy except Japan. The Asian nations individually will not be able to keep pace with China. Asian nations must pool their resources by forming alliances. Rich asian nations like Japan and Korea should donate ships and planes to the less economically strong nations. The US should provide surplus ships and jet fighters to the Philippines and Harrier Jets to Thailand.
