US Secretary of Navy Visits Chinese Jiangkai II Frigate and Yuan Submarine

Secretary of the United States Navy (USN), Ray Mabus visiting the Chinese Type 054A Jiangkai II class frigate Xu Zhou (FFG 539) and Yuan-class submarine Hai Jun Chang (SSP 21).

Aspart of his 4 day visit of the China, US Navy Secretary Ray Mabu traveled to East China's Ningbo City, where the headquarters of the East China Sea Fleet.
