CCTV Commemorate J-15 Fighter Jet Designer Luo Yang

Chinese CCTV network has commemorated J-15 Fighter Jet designer, Luo Yang

Luo Yang was the general manager of Shenyang Aircraft Corp (SAC) and general director of the J-15 fighter jet research team. 

He died of a heart attack on in Dalian, Liaoning province, soon after the first offical takeoff and landing by J-15 Flying Shark from the CV-16 Lianing aircraft carrier.
