With the Chinese producing an "AMPHIBIOUS" aircraft in 2013, she becomes the most intelligent nation on earth! All other nations have stopped producing these planes. With the planet being 88% water, The Chinese SH-5 can go anywhere. There are hard points on the wings therefore bombs can be attached, as can slider 50 caliber machine guns on all sides! Very Intelligent!

i believe the japanese is also making a new amphibious aircraft, but probably smaller
