External mounted weapons for a stealth fighter? really?

Hmmmm.......China's version of the US F22 Raptor? Bought sums it up they do not have the know how to build their own so as per usual they steal or copy from the USA. Cmon China it's the 21st century you kids have to grow up sometime and rely on your own engineering marvels. Enjoy flying the closest you will ever get to a Raptor.

yes external mounted weapons, the f-22 and new f-35 has them as well i work on both

I'm prior military. Been around these aircraft quite a while...The 22 and 35 both are designed to carry their armament internally to maximize stealth. Having said that, They are both designed with "hard points" under wing for additional armament or external fuel tanks. It is not common for the 22 to fly missions with external armament even though its design allows for it.

it's pretty ridiculous when people always say that the Chinese weapons especially fight jets are the copies from other countries. I agreed with that about 5 years ago the Chinese engineers copied the design and the shape and even the way to make fighter jets, however, in the recent years, the Chinese made their own stealth fighter, and they are not the copies. I have a question, how could the Chinese steal the technology from the US? the US has the most advanced computer technologies, and the most advanced detector in the world, the US can detect almost every corner in the world; in addition, the US government has not sold weapons to China since communist took China. I am wondering about what ways has the Chinese used to steal the technology...

stupid chinese thieves, come up with your own dam plane, hopefully its a flop, this pisses me off, F22 RULES

My observation of the development of these aircraft is not so much on whether they are equal to their US counter parts, but rather that these aircraft represent a massive investment by the Chinese government in a weapon system that may not be easy to replace in the future. I personally don't see any evidence that these aircrafts are anywhere the equal of their western counter part under the hood. Stealth is far more than just low radar detectability. The F-22 and F-35 are actually a whole integrated defense weapon system. I see no evidence that these aircrafts represent that kind of weapon system. Case and point, who makes the engines for these aircraft? The Russians. Why? Because the Chinese can't make anything good enough to power their aircrafts. Think about that. I know that no Russian engine is the technological equal of the F-119 engine.

I'll see your no evidence and raise you all-in with totally No evidence

I'll definitely win this huge pot of No evidence!

it's easy su-27 variant under hud
external f22 kinda look = new plane
same like f22/f15 f35/f16
