This is the first step. China has lot to learn about the Naval Aviation and its operations from an aircraft carrier.

Liaoning CV16 Aircraft Carrier will prepare Chinese naval fighter pilots for the future carrier operations and will help PLA Navy in formulating strategies about the deployment of its future carrier force.

Then later when China invades the Islamic nations of Malaysia and Indonesia. Amir will cry out , America please go and save them. Like America saved the Muslims of Bosnia , helped the needy freedom fighters in Libya and are now being urged to intervene in Syria. America = damned by the idiots and ingrates whether they do get involved or do not.
