The Chinese Navy continues to grow both in quantity and quality. China is now bolstering the Navy capabilities of other asian nations with the gifts of surplus Chinese Navy ships like the recent giving of two Frigates to Myanmar. China should give a surplus Frigate to Cambodia and to the Philippines which would create a working relationship with these navies.
