Chinese J-10 B/C Adopted for Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD) Role

Recent images of J-10 B/C fighter jet show that PLAAF has modified it to carry ramjet powered supersonic YJ-91 anti-radiation missile for Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD). Earlier, Chinese JH-7A was used to carry YJ-91Anti-Radiation Missile. 

 YJ-91 Anti-Radiation Missile is based on Russian Kh-31 / AS-17 Krypton air-to-surface missile which is capable of max speed of Mach 3.5 and is availble for both anti-radiation and anti-ship roles. 

Chinese CM-302 Supersonic Anti-Ship Cruise Missile

China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASC) has displayed its CM-302 Supersonic Anti-Ship Cruise Missile at Zhuhai Air Show 2016. Missile has maximum range of around 290 kilometers.

CM-302 Supersonic Anti-Ship Cruise Missile is capable of destroying enemy warships with its 250kg warhead. The supersonic missile is capable of sea-skimming mode with strike probability of  90%.

Chinese MBT-3000 (VT-4) Main Battle Tank (MBT)

Chinese MBT-3000 (VT-4) - Main Battle Tank (MBT) is armed with 125mm smoothbore gun which can fire 8 rounds per minutes courtesy of automatic loader which has magzine to hold 22 projectiles while additional 16 are also carried. 

The 52-tonnes MBT-3000 (VT-4) Main Battle Tank (MBT) can also be fitted with explosive reactive armour (ERA) for extra protection. Tank has max speed of 70 kilometer per hour with max range of 500 km.

China's Super Stealth J-20 Fighter Jet Makes Debut at Zhuhai Airshow 2016

China's Super Stealth J-20 fighter jet has made its long-awaited official debut at Zhuhai Airshow 2016 in Guangdong province. Debut by two J-20 stealth fighter jets at the Zhuhai Air Show underscores the fact that Chinese are closing technology gap with west.

Armed with PL-10 short range heat seeking missiles and PL-12 BVR missiles, J-20 is a true rival of Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor.

Shenyang J-31 /F-60 Falcon Eagle Stealth Fighter Aircraft at Zhuhai 2016

China has once again displayed improved scaled model at Zhuhai Airshow 2016. This model is more stealthier then already flying 31001 prototype. J-31 like JF-17and J-10B/C employs diverterless supersonic inlet (DSI) bumps.

J-31 Falcon Eagle has two internal weapons bays and it can also carry additional weapons on external  hardpoints under its wing. Aircraft is capable of carrying upto 8000 kg weapons and fuel. Max of 4x missile with max combined weight of 2000 kg can be carried internally, while additional 6000 kg can be carried on 6x external hardpoints.

J-31 fighter jet will carry mix of PL-10 new generation short-range air to air heat seeking missile and PL-12 / SD-10A beyond-visual-range missile (BVR) air-to-air missile with combat radius of 1200 kilometer.
